Kangaroo Island Veterinary ClinicHISTORYThe Kangaroo Island Veterinary Clinic has provided quality veterinary care to both the domestic animal and wildlife populations of Kangaroo Island for 40 years. The clinic was founded in 1982 by Dr. Greg Johnsson and Dr. Debra Lehmann and they grew the clinic from a room in their house to the purpose built facility that it is today. Existing practicing veterinarians Dr. Elisa Nishimoto, Dr. Jodi Maher and Dr. Lauryn Stewart purchased the business in 2021 and continue to strive to meet the needs of their patients and wider community. They offer a true mixed animal service and provide an on-call vet to help animals in times of emergency.
The clinic is situated 3 km west of Kingscote on the northern side of the Playford Highway just on the Kingscote side of the Emu Bay turn-off. Consultations are by appointment only. Please phone to arrange a consultation. ONLINE BOOKINGS FOR MATURE DOG & CAT VACCINATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
