Boarding Facilities & Care
- All overnight facilities are air-conditioned to provide adequate heating and cooling to keep your pet comfortable no matter the weather
- Dogs are given time in the outdoor grassy exercise runs multiple times throughout the day
- We provide constant diffusion of Feliway and Adaptil (a relaxing pheromone diffuser) within the boarding area to help keep your pets happy and relaxed
- We feed premium veterinary based formula Hills Adult Dog and Cat food to all dogs and cats staying with us. Thus, there is no need to bring your own dog food unless your pet is on a special diet e.g. sensitive stomach, urinary, puppy etc. Please do not bring any raw foods or bones as these will not be given to your pet while under our care due to the associated health risks
- Medication needs are met by our team of experienced staff. Simply bring your pets medication with you in clearly labelled packaging when dropping off your pet(s). Inform staff how and when medication is required, and when it was last administered
